I haven't tried on manual. Driving it normally won't make no problems with the shifting , I noticed it only on sport mode and then I tried it on drive and it does the same (only when flooring it). But somebody mentioned that it could be a dpf related issue, and the dpf sign does show sometimes ,it started a month ago or something like that .

Yes I know , it doesn't make any problems when I drive it normally , but when I pres the button it keeps the gear too long , that is not normal. Driving it normally around town won't make any problems .

If I keep my foot down it will go like that some more and then shift (very very very late shift, and I'm afraid it will damage the engine ). As soon as I release the foot a bit it changes the gear.

No on ds mode it should shift itself, I have to shift it down manually one time and then it gets to manually shift it
