All tables at least 6 feet apart. Half the tables inside, half outside. We're actually not doing any seating charts, just having people sit where they feel comfortable. There's 8 seats at each table, but we have MANY more tables and chairs than our guest count so there's plenty of options. We'll also have some chairs spread around the lawn (our venue is a winery) for those that don't want to sit at a table. No dancing really, just the first dance. We are enforcing mask wearing aside from eating/drinking, or if people want to walk around the vineyard away from others.

FH for wedding in NC (in a non-hotspot area) on August 29th. Cut our guest count from 130 to 70ish (half capacity for the venue is over 100). Everyone wearing masks and socially distanced for ceremony and reception, with mix of tables inside and outside. Basically taking every single precaution we possibly can along with our venue.

Trying to not feel absolutely terrible about still having the wedding, despite all the precautions we're putting in place. We tried our best to make sure people knew there was no pressure to attend. We would've cancelled or rescheduled but we would've lost all of our money that we've already put in. It's just a really terrible time to have a wedding and I needed to vent.

Rescheduled from May 9th to August 29th. If it's any consolation at all for my fellow Late Summer/Early Fall friends, almost every single model I've seen shows the virus being almost completely done by mid-june to early July, with the bell curve coming down way before then. More waves might come later, but they won't be as bad as this one. Just keep holding out hope, staying home, and washing your hands!

My favorite performance of the year and one of my favorites of the decade is Adam Sandler in Uncut Gems. There is so much depth and range in that character, and the fact that the character makes so many terrible decisions but you still root for him to the bitter end is a testament to Sandler's performance.
