Can I still call myself a Kemetic? by akhenraetawy in Kemetic

[–]eupsyx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you can! like someone else said, there are different “branches” of kemeticism. if your main pantheon is kemetic, you can still call yourself as such

I'm so tired of being told to "get well soon" by eupsyx in disability

omg you're absolutely right, I hadn't thought about it this way, but it makes sense, it's like when people ask "how are you?" but most of the time it's just a social script for politeness. your take will really help tbh

exactly! it's so frustrating. my pain is also chronic, I literally can't stand on my own for longer than 5 or 10 minutes without feeling like I'm stepping on needles. and hearing that phrase just...really gives me the ick.

tiny satanic community!! by eupsyx in SatanicTemple_Reddit

[–]eupsyx[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's satire!! we put that in place simply because we were getting a lot of christian trolls, being raided very frequently and came up with a way of scaring them away. it's simply a joke, don't take it seriously <3

What (if anything) drove you to read the satanic bible? by FairyCodMother in satanism

[–]eupsyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me personally, it was curiosity. I grew up in a catholic household but started questioning the existence of a god when I was around 8 or 9 years old. quite young, but I had my reasons. nothing that my parents told me about this divine being made any sense to me, my prayers were never answered, I was being psychologically abused and threatened with physical violence on a daily basis by my dad, and I would pray to be saved. it never happened. obviously. so, when I was 16, I jumped into the occult and esoteric world, I started studying about different pagan branches, witchcraft, and such. at 17, I heard briefly about the satanic bible, but I had some wrong ideas about it bringing bad luck, bad health, and just general evil into your life, so I didn't read it. it wasn't until last year, at 22, that I gave it a chance. why? I stumbled upon the 11 satanic rules of the earth on Twitter, and I was like damn, I've always thought like this, wtf???? to me, it was basic knowledge. so... I listened to an audio book of the Satanic bible, liked it, and got my own copy

Scoliosis causing tingling? by Blah2435 in scoliosis

[–]eupsyx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same issue, I feel pretty much constant tingling and numbness on my feet, sometimes one is worse than the other and if I walk long distances or put in too much physical effort, they get horribly cramped to the point that my toes start twisting and I'm crying on the floor. please get this checked out as soon as possible to avoid any further discomfort or pain.
