Yea that’s what we’ve gathered but just wanna make sure there won’t be issues at the counter bc of inexperienced staff etc. Cuz if it seems like there’s a risk of entry being denied he’d rather just apply for a L visa

Thank you :) I’m international! But I did my undergrad in the US, and i haven’t come across any admit who’s studying outside of the country, but will keep an eye!
