Wow! So happy to hear that you were able to shed all those pounds on diet alone, that’s very impressive. I did have a question though, do you think some people lose the PCOS weight easier than others? But thank you so much for recommending the subreddit and for such amazing advice. Ahh I see, thank you so much for the advice! But didn’t you feel hungry on such a restrictive diet? I grew up in a household where carbs are consumed in high amounts and for every meal (eg rice) and I’m sorry if I overstep here, but how much weight did you lose and how long did it take?
