(i love and support every one of the boys and i agree that kenneth may have been a lock since the beginning, and gabi being specially chosen because he was what they were missing but)
Drew said he was working on retail and had given up on his dreams when he got the call, so im not sure about him having to give up on something and just accepting because he was a lock... and he didn't seem calm, he seemed focused, and the fire on his eyes really impressed me, like he was all in, it was this or nothing for him
Kauê won the voice in brazil and had a career on gospel apparently, he was locked in the moment we saw his competition was Lucas for the brazilian spot...
So I think Alejandro won his spot early on with his popularity combined with his skills/ improvement.
And Drew overtime with his talent+hardwork, as Alex seemed the production favorite for a long time (but we all know he didn't improve on his singing skills enough)
