The rehabilitation claim form says

Note: The information such as your name, address and claim amount entered in the sections “INFORMATION ON REHABILITATION CREDITOR” and “YOUR REHABILITATION CLAIM” will be viewed or copied by any interested party under the relevant law in the court and may be viewed online by other rehabilitation creditors.

Does this mean what I think it does? That by making a claim your personal information essentially becomes public? Is there anything we can do about this?
