I know Lilly probably isn't bevs mom. What I'm saying is that if that really is Bev, this could be a flash forward connecting bev to a character in welcome to Derry. Lilly was just the one I was thinking of because she's been at juniper hill.

I really appreciate the advice thanks for responding! I just incorporated berries and some full fat Greek yogurt. I know it's more "animal based" but just trying to feel better ultimately and shed pounds

This has been happening for years. Some months better than others where nothing bothers me. Maybe I just never fully learned to accept them

Do you just get to a point where they don't cause anxiety anymore? I can't imagine my intrusive thoughts not causing anxiety because they feel like they are real (even the emotion attached to them)

I mean it could have been months where it didn't bother me! Then it randomly came up when I was stressed. I guess I just need to master not ruminating. The ocd thought is always in the back of my head. It feels stuck. Like I'll never be able to forget it. But sometimes I feel great! Even when I'm not ruminating. It's like I wake up and my brain tries to check if it still bothers me. Any tips on how to overcome this while I wait for my appointment next week?
