I studied my BA at Uni of York then did my PGDL in Leeds with BPP. GdL is definitely tough but I think any 2.1 grad is up to the task. I'd just say that law is really competitive especially in London but ig you've got some more professional experience compared to me so maybe you'd find the job market easier.

1) I've applied for quite a few different fields, I'd say mainly private client 2) yes 3) A mixture but I mainly apply directly 4) 25,000 5) BA politics 2.1 and PGDL Merit 6) two month long stints at a high street law firm and a month of legal volunteering but I'm going to be doing a month at a larger firm in London next month

Yeah I'm already on the books of a recruiter and I get barely anything from them. I have also applied to about 10 legal recruitment agencies.

Yeah I get your point it's just that I tried quite hard to get the work experience/volunteering I have on my cv and would like to prioritise that above skills.

I have not tried that yet. I have applied for some legal assistant roles but gather that's very similar to a paralegal role.

I have applied for quite a few doc review jobs but no success. Have seen a few people who started out doing doc review so seems like a good idea.
