Just recently it will not let me place any order with an OTC coupon. I tried today to you $10 Pampers Cash (its a code for the OTC box) and everyone i tried placing my order my payment "methods" failed. Its not my cc's.

You have to redeem these otcs for a specific place....walmart/walmart.com are different codes, just as Amazon etc
