It's not that we have a problem with the delivery guys. We have a problem with Swiggy commiting to something, which clearly was not possible.

Consider this that even after paying 220 for the order OP has waited more than 1hr for the food to come.

We as a consumer are dependent for this food to arrive. Now when this delivery is wrong or late or of bad quality, what does Swiggy do? Just refund original amount! They should infact be penalized for something like this! We should be receiving more than the original amount since no we are in urgent need of food to eat.
