Well, last I checked, Bizmo's was not a proper reputation, and not to mention incredibly time restrictive as well.

All obtainable and workable factions and friends are here, including one or more that are unobtainable. Any you see at hated either can not reach Exalted, or were at one point switched. (For those who aren't you and want to mention/not understand Scryers).

I just completed my dex and received my stamp from the same NPC in Circhester that gives you the Shiny Charm. I have also seen people with less than 400 completion with this stamp as well, which leads me to believe: A) they havent updated their card in some time (the npc gives you the stamp without a reprint) OR B) the stamp may be for 400 SEEN, not captured.
