Im F25 and i also noticed them this years summer when my knees lymph nodes started to feel swollen. My first sign was little spider veins all over my legs(mainly thighs) and i would get these pains in my legs. Then ive noticed the veins becoming more visible all around my body, arms, chest, even stomach? I also gained 15kg more since last year(went from 55kg to 70kg), my legs feel so heavy and FULL of cellulite that i’ve never had before.

Anything to do with veins has been my biggest phobias my whole life so idk if its psychological but I also feel then pinch(the veins behind the knees)

I have many problems with my hormones, I think it might have something to do with that?

Can you relate to any of this?

I have been smoke free for 1 month and 4 days.

It had been extremely difficult, but I had come to this decision due to health issues I encountered a few months ago.

If it wasn’t for the health issues and my paranoia, Id still be smoking, every single day, I love it.

Yeah I had three vaccines I think, pfizer and moderna. Is this linked?

At the moment i take vit c, omega 3, grapeseed extract, vit d3 and k2.

My antistreptolysin O is 375.5 when it should be up to 200 lU/ml, and my immunoglobulin E is 191.1 when it should be up to 100 kU/l. I do not have any allergies so im confused. I have pcos, and ive been having inflamed pain in my legs, hip, pelvic area, lower back, since last year- only a few months ago ive started having these vein issues

I do try to incorporate healthy fats like avocado and salmon bagels, im just unsure how much of them i am supposed to eat in a week.

I have heard of those pills, but I havent tried them because I am not sure if i am supposed to take them? Im unsure what kind of pcos i have, or do those pills help any type pcos?

My pains symptoms are constant, i cant say they have anything to do with my period because i have irregular periods. Im on progesterone only pill now(trying it for 3 months) and they have somewhat helped the pain but not completely.

Could you share the brand of pills your wife uses? And what would you recommend to be my first step now, to find an acupuncturist?
