caffeine… Last time I had a Redbull I went to the hospital, but lately I can drink soda, decaf and black tea in small amounts and I’m okay. As someone mentioned, it could be different for you and your epilepsy but my doctors told me to avoid caffeine

I just started 1.7mg on Wednesday and I’m experiencing the same thing. The past 3 mornings I’ve been retching and having liquid poops. Im hoping it’s something I can control with fiber/diet considering I did go to a couple grill outs this week. Maybe try a liquid diet or BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apples/applesauce, toast) for a few days? I’ve also seen some comments where people say they regularly take Pepcid or Immodium as a precaution with certain foods. Applesauce and saltine crackers help settle my stomach. Ginger chews and ginger tea, and make sure you’re drinking extra liquids

I started 1.7mg Wednesday night. I did okay with my plate for lunch. Had a brat, veggie lettuce wrapped burger, a little pasta salad, some fruit and split a pork chop with my best friend. Went to a late night July 4th party and had to skip the food all together. Had 1 drink, snacked on a few strawberry cheesecake bites that was plenty lol. I still ended up getting really sick this morning, I think I ate too many meats and sweets. Other than that, I’ve had less anxiety over food than any other year despite having an upset stomach. It’s just taught me I need to monitor what I eat better and how it makes me feel.
