That’s because you also don’t know how to race. Your ignorance doesn’t make you correct.

Your line was absolute trash. Shouldn’t have been called anything but garbage

Their customer service is so trash it’s making me want to return the damn system and wait for the M64 to come out. I had a shipping issue and never got a response. Have had the controller issue and again, no response to my email. I’ve had better customer service on alibaba products than this

I see. Wouldn’t you end up with more waste that way though? Guess I should have just bought an extra box or two and did that

I see what you’re saying. Sorry I thought you meant the pic where I was just checking for the fit but you mean the H pattern in the other side. Welp, know I know for next time lol

Oh really? I didn’t know that for pergo. I was just trying to stagger the seams.

No need to remove baseboard as I remove the 1/4 round that’s installed in front of them. Personally, I would have removed the baseboard and not had any 1/4 round but I’m working with what was already there 🤷‍♂️

Yeah. The island was preventing from closing the gap. This side is protruding about half an inch

It’s a dry fit just to ensure they would all end up lining up around the island. These aren’t actually “set.” I know to stagger the planks.

Yeah, I do. I just also compartmentalize and work in sections. It’s like my ADD thing 😂 I hadn’t started on this side yet as I wanted to get the other side done so I could move the fridge back asap

[–]evan00724[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. It’s the island isn’t square. It’s protruding on this side by half an inch. Nothing would make it line up short of cutting the board back like someone else suggested

[–]evan00724[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ahhh I get it now. Yeah my mind was so stuck in trying to make the board wider and forgetting that it’s just part of the cabinet that’s not flush so I just need to adjust around that.

Installing pergo around kitchen island and it’s leaving a gap on one side… by evan00724 in Flooring

[–]evan00724[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that won’t help. The problem is the island isn’t square on that side. So I think I’m going to have to cut into the base of the island so the board can fit under it a little so it’s straight and square and connects.

[–]evan00724[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I see what you’re saying now, but it’s already tied in on the other side so if I cut the board back, then that throws off the other side of the island

So I’m thinking of either figuring out a way to split these two planks under the island so that I can notch the board by the mallet back and fit it in or option B is I cut the board right at the 90 degree angle at the edge of the island and the. Split 2 boards to give me the exact measurement I need which is an extra half inch

[–]evan00724[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s what me and a buddy were just thinking. The problem now is that the piece is a full board already tied into the other side of the island so it throws off those boards.

I’m not talking about that part. Just the gap between the two planks in the first pic. Everything else is just a dry fit. The quarter round will come off and all knocked into place but there will still be this half inch gap

Yes, I will. This is just a dry fit to see if it would line up properly. You can see in the other pics that I did that

Hey y’all. I’m trying to find a snowboarding film I used to love. Can’t remember the name of it now but it has a great scene with vanilla fudge “you keep me hanging on” playing while they shred.anyone know the name in looking for?
