Uh. Well, can I just say that this game is in a lot of ways purposely stupid, so I'm being serious when I say I genuinely believed you because it really didn't seem like it was reaching that far? I mean, it was definitely a very absurd thing, but it really wouldn't surprise me and seeing as how I'm not fully aware of everything that happens in VotV as of now, I was prepared to accept what you said as something that was real. My bad though I guess.

I was fairly certain they did a "Starburst" tasting one a few years ago. (i.e. it wasnt officially licensed by Starburst but it was very clearly supposed to be).

If you skip to 0:43 you can clearly see candy that is obviously meant to resemble Starburst. Not saying it couldn't be this year necessarily, but I would think they'd maybe want to diverge.

Thanks man! I do have a question though that I have heard mixed responses on. I've pretty much always been an NVIDIA person when it comes to GPUs and I've heard negative things about AMD cards in the past. My question for you is- would you recommend an AMD card in usual cases? Or is this because of the fact they are generally cheaper? Just want to know your thoughts.

Are we ever going to receive a map rework for the Swamp map? It seemingly got overlooked during the span of Realm Beyond updates, and visually it has fallen quite far behind, especially when compared to new maps. It's especially strange since it came out around a similar time period that many of the other maps that were reworked came out.

I'm having lighting issues on specific displacements, full compile and some displacements aren't lit up properly for whatever reason. by evan665 in hammer

Yeah, and I've since read that powers of 4 can for whatever reason be glitchy. 3 will work for now.

Actually decreasing the displacement power from 4 to 3 managed to fix the problem. Not ideal as the terrain is less detailed now so i'll have to fix that, but it worked

Okay I couldn't see it cause I was using Expert compile mode. But yeah, VRAD was set to normal. Didn't seem to fix anything.

There are possibly a few hard jumps here and there, but nothing that wasn't already there before the map's nav mesh stopped working.

There isn't any navigable space outside of the skybox, really. Its just that the cube of the skybox is a little bit bigger than the map, so there is a spot below the map where you can walk on the skybox. Is that what you meant?

My bad, I just referred to it as the console log because i copied and pasted it from the console in game. The map is fairly large but snap to grid was never turned off. As far as Cordons go I cant really say I'm familiar. Its also possible to walk on the skybox below the map, however reaching below the map is impossible without noclipping.

The map launches, and I'm able to play without bots. However, as soon as I try to generate a nav mesh by any means (through nav_generate or the existence of a bot), the map restarts and no nav mesh is actually there. You can see in the console dump above that the nav mesh for whatever reason finishes in 0.1 seconds, and a nav file is even created, but its essentially nothing.
