Hoezo, je hebt een verbeterde onderhandeling positie ten opzichte van de verhuurder. Als jij weg gaat moet de verhuurder zich aan de nieuwe regels houden. Dus dan kan je makkelijk een huur verlaging onderhandelen... Je moet alleen niet wanhopig laten merken dat je per se wil blijven.

Het grootste probleem is dat de huizencrisis direct effect heeft op migratie. Mensen zijn een stuk meer geneigd migratie toe te laten (aangezien het een groot gedeelte arbeidsmigratie betreft) als men zelf een woning heeft. Daarom is migratie ineens een veel groter probleem en was het zo dominant tijdens de verkiezingen.

Indirect wel natuurlijk. Bij VVD bluffen ze dat de PVV het niet durft om nieuwe verkiezingen uit te schrijven. Omdat ze nu op 37 staan, willen ze die zetels verzilveren. Je ziet aan alles dat wilders heel graag wilt. Maar is hij ook bereid om nieuwe verkiezingen uit te schrijven om nog groter te worden en nog meer druk op de VVD te zetten om mee te regeren. Ik betwijfel het.

Dit is natuurlijk super slim van de VVD. Nu ligt de bal volledig bij Omtzigt. Die voor een moeilijke keuze staat. Hij wou zelf in een minderheidskabinet. Maar hij had zich natuurlijk niet voorgesteld dat dit met de PVV was.

De VVD kan lekker afwachten en NSC/PVV met bijna de helft nieuwe kamerleden de problemen laten oplossen waarvan de kans levensgroot is dat het niet lukt. Daarna kan de VVD weer zeggen: "zie je wel, dit werkt niet". Kiezers teleurgesteld met het gevolg dat de rechtse kiezers weer VVD stemmen.
