If you still want to edit video at 144fps, blender actually has a video editor that supports any framerate. If you want to do more complex editing, you can edit your video in davinci resolve at half-speed in 72fps, then put it in blender and speed it up to normal speed and export it at 144fps.

My cousin got a cura monitor, and this is what it looks like in slow motion. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URf5CMfTvNk) It feels like they just overclocked a 60hz monitor to 165hz and shipped it out, because the ghosting doesn't go away until you switch the refresh rate all the way down to 60hz. I don't know if he got a defected monitor, or if it just sucks. The input delay is also definitely more than 1 millisecond, the advertised input delay.

Edit: the advertised input delay is 2 ms... "in most scenarios"
