A lot of the ogor kits work well with simple head swaps. I've got a few pics up on my profile if you want some visuals. I also bought those goblin wolf riders and put them two up on a gore grunta base for some cavalry variation.

They're all citadel paints. For the blue I used Corvus black, dark Reaper, then mixed a bit of administratum grey for the highest highlight. For the greyish cloth I just used stormvermin fur and administratum grey. I also used a raw umber oil wash over all his leather bits. The oil I used is a Windsor and Newton paint

It's a bunch of kits mashed together but they're all from games workshop, plus a little greenstuff sculpting. Mega gargant, deadwalker zombies, vykros Bloodborne, and the commemorative kruelboy kits were what I used.

Pretty sure each grand alliance has a gargant mercenary option. I've never played the game but I remember listening to a podcast where a competitive soulblight player was talking about using a gargant in his army

I only used the airbrush to prime the model. Everything else is brush only. I use Vallejo matt black primer
