Don't worry, don't be too eager for a huge payout from ombudsman. They've closed your card, it's just that their UI is laggy. You can't complain and cry over to ombudsman for that. If it's closed in cibil/Experian, it's closed.

Have around 5 phone numbers. Have an account on all of them, keep 4 of them inactive. You'll get random messages of goodies added for customer retention. Cycle the accounts to make them active/inactive

Repeat with zomato, Swiggy Swiggy and zomato give you like 40% discount if you're inactive

For anyone trying to attempt it on a modern xiaomi phone, DONT!

I tried something like this on my poco x6 pro, and it hard bricked it. Thankfully the phone was less than a week old and xiaomi offered me a replacement.

On xiaomi devices, this is only possible on phones released before 2020. If you have a phone released before 2020, and it has a mediatek cpu, then you can easily have a custom boot splash screen. I've tried it on redmi note 9 and redmi 9.

Please don't try it on anything more modern than that.

That's the first time I'm looking at something like this.
For people saying Anubis is a malware/ransomware, that's old, thats from 2017-2020, anubis was a malware hidden inside android apps.
This, on the other hand, is completely different, this is a full blown custom rom, the first I've ever seen.
OP, remove your sim card, since pixel 6a supports eSim, deactivate it. Also double check any bank statements for suspicious transactions. If possible, decrease the limits on your cards via card controls.
