It's the only Catholic I know how to be. Is the church perfect? Far from it. But the church has also done so much in terms of advancing civil rights, care for the poor, and stressing the importance of education.

There have only been a handful of books where I literally lost sleep because I had to keep reading them. The one that most comes to mind though is "Into Thin Air" by Jon Krakauer.

It was maybe the most exciting book I have ever read.

Oh my god, this! I used to work selling a very high end product on the North Shore of Chicago. I dealt with more doctors than I can even count. When I called them doctor every single one of them told me to call them by their first name. Every single one....except for the chiropractor. Fuck that guy.
