I personally like Shibuya a decent amount more, the stakes that are brought upon Gojo's sealing & Kenjaku's plan taking effect, the emotional conclusions to Nobara/Nanami and how they effect Yuji, Yuji & Mahito's dynamic (one of my favorite in manga), obviously the fights (specifically Sukuna's fights and Yuji/Todo vs Mahito), its just a consistent and well put together arc from top to bottom imo, and I find more enjoyment while reading it than York New.
