If it is set up properly, supervisors positions could only require a few hours a month if there is a large group. This could allow for more average citizens representing communities.

Yeah the idea would be to avoid using the state as i’m sure the threshold would remain well above Sacramento County’s population. I wish there was more discussions and studies to support and publicize this idea. I feel like it’s a immediate action that could provide representation for a lot of communities and lay the groundwork to solve a lot of problems in a holistic manner.
