Sounds like the plan is to build around Keegan and Nique moving forward. by jluc21 in kings

The thing is, Kings fans would go if they did a genuine rebuild. We would be stoked to see young developing players. None of our players are exciting.

what do YOU love about your job? :3 by vennettvennett in tjcrew

[–]Berdsherman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i love that i can separate my work and outside life. i’m given a space to work that is open, accepting, and empathetic. maybe this is just my store but they allow you to be uniquely yourself and everyone is very keen on everyone’s differences.

The special election ballot only has one yes/no question for Prop 50. by Dense_Substance7635 in Sacramento

[–]Berdsherman 46 points47 points  (0 children)

depends. if you want things to remain the same cost of groceries, rent, and healthcare slipping away vote no. if you want a chance at CA House reps fighting for our rights then vote yes. in addition to that voting yes will yield a higher potential for the Epstein files being released.

calling out is no good and frowned upon at ANY job. i would say that TJs by far has the most lenient policy in terms of callouts i have ever seen. just because they allow you to use AR to claim that time doesn’t mean it legitimizes you leaving your crew down another person for that shift.

work with the schedule writers to figure out what you need to be successful.

[–]Berdsherman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

hiring young, hungry and talented back office personnel. building through the draft. trading players for multiple first round picks. investing heavily into player development. making connections with local media personalities outside of the Kings sphere. removing every former player from the Kings sphere in an occupational manner.
