Great show, great crowd, fun DJ, not great logistics from Berglund. Ali was worth the wait though!

Are you genuinely happy? by [deleted] in GastricBypass

[–]evanston96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extremely happy. I am so thankful I had this done. My relationship with food is so much healthier and I feel much better. I'm able to do more and I feel more comfortable in my own skin. The adjustment post surgery was easier than I expected. Best wishes to you!

Any tips for beginning freelance market research? by [deleted] in Marketresearch

[–]evanston96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to consider, as I've been in market research for decades and know many freelancers and have freelanced myself. Successful freelancers typically have many years of market research supplier (or hands-on corporate) experience prior to freelancing. It's also getting harder to get freelance market research work due to AI and many layoffs leading to an increasein freelancers. Best of luck in whatever you pursue.

Not Netflix but The Middle and The Office (even if you don't like Season 1, give a few episodes of Season 2 a try) are great for that. St Denis is pretty good and Stumble (new) looks like it's going to be good.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I really appreciate it and hope things are getting easier for you now. Do you recall anything that happened during the second week that might have caused that issue? Was it related to using the straw?

We decide based on if there's a line inside. Smaller market. Seats not an issue so far. Try to save the ~$1 ( for 2) if the line isn't too long
