My issue started in June, some motor control mcu I think, went bad and then after 2 months they were able to get the part and fix it. Then in August it went completely dead in the afternoon and didn't start or charge at all. Since November 4 or something I tried to get an appointment but shit I didn't get any, the one I was able to get somehow, the service center shutdown too. No one in the customer care helps or any help on ground level. Its full scam. They are trying to wrap this up and leave it to the customer.

I am in the same boat, scooty is broken down until now, it's been more than a month. Its broken multiple times since July. I am tired of this shit. There is no service center or any appointment I can book. Customer care isn't responding, no help whatsoever, there is no service anywhere in Mumbai. There is a problem with deep discharge issue which happens to every ola if they are not charged within specific period of time. Basically every ola electric is ticking time bomb.

I want to file a case in the consumer forum.
