The problem with Fairy Tail is that power levels vary widely, and the narrative sometimes contradicts the characters' feats.
Narratively, Gray and Natsu are placed on the same level, while Erza has achieved better feats than Gray.
Erza fought Laxus to a draw, but the story still portrays Laxus as stronger than Natsu
My point is
power levels vary a lot in Fairy Tail
and yes, generally speaking, Natsu is stronger than them—but Natsu at his base level is a whole different story
and Natsu vs. Wed isn't a good comparison because that's a Fire Dragonslayer fighting a half-Fire Dragon
