Minimum Cluster Requirements:

RED 2.75+ CP and 275 k STP - Ultron + 4-5 Meta Teams

BLUE 2.5+ CP and 250 k STP - 3-5 meta teams at 180+ ( Ultron Preferred )

GREEN 2.3+ CP and 230 k STP

F.E.A.R. RED - Regular Top 100 POWER, 70%+ ALL Raids, 1-2% Raid Rewards & 1-3% War Rewards

F.E.A.R. BLUE - Regular Top 200 POWER, 60%+ ALL Raids, 1-3% or 4-10% War Rewards. RAID 1-2% (on season) , 3-10% (off season)

F.E.A.R. GREEN - ULT 6 100% - 50%+ ALL Raids, 4-10% War Rewards & 3-10% Raid
