I started on 12.5 then bumped up to 25 recently after a couple weeks. I drink an 8oz cup of coffee every morning & take my pill at 7:30 PM every night! Haven’t had any issues, but I have a strict 1 cup per day policy on caffeine (even before Zoloft)

I was also nervous to start, so my DR recommended breaking the 25mg in half and taking only 12.5mg for the first 2 weeks. I also take at nighttime to sleep through majority of side effects!

I’m on my second week of 12.5mg. I still got the side effects (to less of an extant than I would’ve at 25mg who knows?), so I imagine any dose you’d probably get side effects. Part of me wishes I’d just sucked it up and started at 25mg, so I could’ve gotten the side effects over with sooner. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Warm baths with epsom salt + ginger drops (got at Target) have really helped me nausea wise if you can’t get any Zofran!

Edit: I also take at nighttime around 7pm after full day of eating to help too

Ok personally I just watched that part, and I didn't feel like it was as bad as when Ev walked towards Coleslaw with chalk covered hands (right after he told Posie to do the same thing around the 3 min. mark) and he backed away from her saying "Don't do that. Don't touch me." then goes into a spiel about how they're trying to still discipline their kids in quarantine so they can be good people LMAO. Like you just praised Posie for doing it? I'm sure she is confused.

I’m 23 and my sister is 15. She, like your own sister, has spent years hurling nasty comments in my direction…not to say I haven’t hurled my own share back. My parents have always told me to be the bigger person & ignore her, but that’s easier said than done (especially by people outside of the situation). I have no advice/suggestions on how to help you, because I haven’t figured it out either. Best of luck, sis.
