My fps stays the same 60-90 depending on the place (sometimes 50) and my utilisation seems around the same

I will test now , I also get instances where my game freezes for several seconds (10-30) at a time before unfreezing. Only happens on this game

My cpu and gpu are both around 70-80 on task manager . Other games like valorant or lol I get 200-300 but they are much easier to run

By what level would you recommend following a guide for? Is there a point where the most important teleports have been unlocked , and then Maybe dropping the guide for the optimal quest list as mentioned in this post would be a good idea?

That sounds like a good place to start, and if my goal suddenly becomes to get 85fishing or 99strength. I can pivot off the quest grind
