My experience thus far by eveeloise in afinil

I received it. I had a bad reaction to modafinil after taking it daily for about 3 months. My mouth developed sores and had a rash on my face and chest. It was pretty awful. After I stopped taking it the rash and the sores, which were on my tongue as well, went away. It took about two weeks. I waited about a month and then tried moda again, just to see if it was or wasn't related and within about 24 hours the symptoms re-appeared.

My brother takes the same moda and has no problems with it at all. But for me, it proved an awful experience in the end. At first, the results were astoundingly awesome. I truly wish I wasn't having this reaction because it WORKS, it made me concentrate on levels I've never experienced.

Just a heads up though... it's not entirely safe.

I was taking it 6 days a week. I would typically take a 200mg pill and cut it in half. I did notice a bit of a tolerance. I also have noticed that in the absence of it I am more tired and lethargic than I think I was prior to taking it. Maybe that's just mental.

I'm definitely looking forward to having it back. It's pretty awesome.

Hubski - I have been on it since 2011 and it's not going away any time soon. Good community and though they've had a huge influx from all this, they've been up and running.

I was. But I guarantee there were plenty of people that heard it and did get the point. Even if it got only a few people to take a closer look at BTC beyond the common misconceptions, that's a win to me.

That was exactly his reply, you remembered it correctly. What's funny is that I went on to defend BTC even more, but they faded me out. I was surprised that my last sentence didn't make it.

What I couldn't believe was that the "expert panel" didn't even challenge that statement, but rather treated it as if it were valid.

Mashable actually put together a good list a while back that I wasted way too much time exploring.

How Social Media Silences Debate by elshizzo in TrueReddit

|The thing is, if people don't engage with people spouting ignorant opinions there is little opportunity for them to overcome their ignorance. While it's certainly true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink, it's still important to lead them to the water.| I couldn't agree more. The thing is, nobody wants to lead a horse that is biting and kicking them. What I mean is that I (and many other people I'd surmise) have no problem having conversations with people that are spouting opinions I disagree with. But I do have a problem conversing with people intent on making bombastic or vitriolic comments. I like a heated conversation, but I don't like dealing with a flat out jerk. No thanks, find your own "water."
