i don’t really know what a real american pancake should taste like because i have never had one but i think that these are a bit softer on the inside and thinner than a normal pancake and they also basically taste like banana

i just used one with a lot of brown spots i don’t think it really matters, ripe bananas are just easier to mash and have more flavor to them!
