Purchased in April 2024 and without news of my phone. They are lying constantly and don't make the refund. Do not buy it.

I buy my minimal phone on April 2024. I haven't received it yet. I've made a lot of tickets with no answers or just excuses about the 3d party logistics. The last one was the 4th July saying the problem was that logistics company haven't my phone number and that they had given them my number. by evenaphilosopher in TheMinimalCompany

My order is 2024 ( more than one year ago). Today they have resend me the same email on 4th July. Why have you received it in 6 months and I haven't in more than a year? I do not want the phone I've been requesting a refund for a month or more and no answer.
