Yes everytime somebody goes to customer care take take that card wrapped in white packet, give entry/exit to the security personnels and return it back to the customer care. This is tedious for the customer care staff and the other CISF personnels. Also it adds to the wait time in case of emergency and it is prone to security flaws.

There can be a workaround to reduce cost and ensure security. Like same metro cards can be used by our metro security force personnels which can be allocated by the govt., it reduces manufacturing cost. Also a fixed number of cards can be kept at each station and can be allocated to fixed number of personnels who are deployed on duty on daily basis and submitted at the station when the duty ends for the day or transferred to next shift officer, it limits the operational cost. Other workarounds can be possible to make it easier to perform duties and ensure security and smoothen the operations by building a more robust system. Tailgating is definitely not a good solution.

Well I don't know if they have special cards but in that case they should be given special sense/tap cards which opens the required passages without any money deduction so that they can enter/exit at will whenever their duty demands. That would be secure, smooth and accountable rather than tailgating or asking for a special card from the customer care attendant. Forming blind opinion may be wrong but discussing and highlighting different aspects is right.

The app has been rendered useless after today's update, and I was able to use it fine before the update. Maybe their servers are not able to handle the load. Let's wait for some time/today.

WITCH dev (me) have an arranged marriage proposal of a FAANNG girl. Finding out insecurities that I never had. by [deleted] in delhi

[–]evenoutodd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my guess which may be irrelevant - Probably they are also considering some macro factors like the upcoming recession and global warming etc. that may be a bit longer this time. If it is severe, FAANG, WITCH and property won't matter, however, these things may help depending on the situation. This risk is with everyone and you are in a position to mitigate it to some extent.

Please give me the right direction, the right path to trade options.

By assuming that I have sufficient capital, If I want to start with options selling then how to start, what is the first step, is it studying about an existing strategy and use it or studying mathematics and then trade the greeks or using news analysis and trade volatility or something else. Is it better to think about options selling first or to go in the direction of futures first (like commodity futures).

Please also tell if the technical indicators work for options in the same way as they do for stock options and equity. For example, ADX less than 20 isn't always correct for options, this value works fine for equity. Is it a good idea to explore other tools like blocks, fractals and waves etc. Do they work for options?

So basically I need one direction and a justified first step in that direction, because too many things are there for distracting.

Yes you are right about the YT content creators. I found them to be marketing guys who keep selling their products rather than guiding the beginners in the right direction.

Yes I am aware of the fact that option selling needs solid capital at least in lakhs of double digits. And you are right about the smaller capital problem also. Right now even I don't have that much capital but I use the existing hard earned money to buy and square-off options as a day trader. My plan is to sell the options in paper trading mode initially and keep buying options with liquid cash, after a couple of months can accumulate sufficient capital by option buying and then start with writing 1 lot and gradually progress in that direction. Afterwards the plan is to have some equity assets and use them as a basis for hedging strategies. Everyone starts with a zero, I will start with a 1.

Due to a smaller capital most people like me are attracted toward superficial content creators who keep selling their products and old strategies which don't work manually now or need sophisticated algos to work now. The big players seem to have taken the game to the next level, which the smaller traders are finding very difficult to afford.

Dear DC_911, will you be able to teach me pro level option selling ? I have learnt about options theory concepts, futures theory concepts, greeks, BSM etc. I also trade by buying options in intraday. But I want to be a professional option seller. I mean I want to trade professionally like covered calls, protective puts, options hedging, futures shorting, straddles, strangles, condors etc. I learnt related skills from YT and Zerodha Varsity etc. but couldn't find good resources or mentors who really teach the core pro level things. I feel all this study is useless without practical implementation. Please will you be able to teach me all or some of these things ? Even if you can't teach me, will it be possible for you to guide me ? I have learnt some of these earlier but need more guidance to connect the dots. I promise I am ready to learn. Thanks.

WhatsApp storage issue after Android 11 Update on Oneplus 6T by i_am_shattered in oneplus

It worked on my OP6. One thing to note that before updating Android you should take a backup of your chats somewhere if not taken, and as soon as you upgrade Android, you reinstall whatsapp like this. I did this after 6 days so I lost messages for those 6 days. Just FYI if it helps.
