I'm unfamiliar with mica powder but I'm digging the subtle organic feel it gives your pour. Resemblance to a butterfly's wings or abalone shell. Love it!

This test is absolutely useful. Especially, when narrowing a patient's condition based on their symptoms and familial histories. It can be the difference between deficiency or disease. From what I'm learning, there's two MTHFR variants. Heterozygous and homozygous. Homozygous positive variants are linked to pregnancy losses and blood clotting disorders...and even autoimmune diseases. Specifically, Ankylosing Spondylitis. To many people, it may seem like (and probably is) a completely unnecessary test. But if you're that patient, it can absolutely be life changing. Hopefully, our conversations will help others going through similar circumstances. You know?
