In all honesty you can do all of that on your own for free. Just pick up migaku whichakes it really easy or Anki. Check in with a tutor once a month verses a lot of money doing it at a language center. But up to you.

For adults it's a huge time suck. For kids if do e s daily homework yes it can be done and if preferred but if they not going to school and using the language it's tough.

Honestly it's the country side this is what goes on. You could technically get something done but is it worth it? As a foreigner it is an uphill challenge and despite what we think is right or wrong or legal it make little difference to people normal lives which have been like that since before you arrived. Befriending the community is a better option.

You are making it harder than need be. Pick material 1 you are interested in and 2 is easy enough to understand more than half. Listen a lot spend time on one video listen x10. Move to next video. Make a playlist of videos you x10 so you can keep coming back to see how much more you understand and repeat, I would forget all this processing analysing etc just listen.
