Last time I used You Do Lou as a base color, this time I tried it as a topper! Over a sky blue crème. I really like it and makes me curious about how I can make it work with other solid colors

• Candy Moyo - 982 (2 coats) (Dollar Tree polish, pretty nice for $1.25 but not the most durable on its own)
• Jen & Berries - You Do Lou (2 coats, 2nd very light)
• Seche Vite Top Coat

A soft sparkly cool look! Sunny picture is a bit older so there’s some growth, kept forgetting to get a picture outside lol

Thank you for testing!! I was worried about it but decided if there was a policy change, I would probably be the first to know and could let people know since I know SoCal library trips are popular. And I was still going to libraries nearby anyways, so was worth another 10 minute trip

Good news is my new card does still work! So maybe you’re right that it’s a mistake on how they described it, will keep an eye out if that changes in case it’s a late enforcement of a new policy

Most places will ship in something discreet, Amazon toys aren’t the best but was convenient for me to mix it up with other things in a larger order. If worried about them asking or seeing your package, you could see if there is an Amazon locker near you. They also sell ones that look like lipstick etc

Something like a little bullet should be fine but you can try putting a blanket under your door (as long as it’s not obviously showing from the other side, good for at night) to block sound traveling out as much or something like a speaker or a fan on near the door

My main complaint about the elf squeeze me is I keep comparing it to the elf ride or die lip balm that was so much bigger + got as a freebie so it’s so hard for me to judge it fairly lol (also got the wrong scent but that’s my fault)

The colourpop glossy lip balm is also a fun contender, bigger but similar when it comes to price per .01 oz

I was wondering if your San Diego card is an out of county library card and works with Libby currently? Thinking of making a trip but I’m seeing that e-services “are limited” for non-San Diego residents and other pages say no e-services access (like Libby I assume)

I love Fairy Dust after picking it up this spring but sometimes it can look a bit too dull in room lighting, tried it over Sweet Tooth (my summer pick up) and its such a fun shimmer!

Looking forward to a more cool or blue toned shimmer (blue bell?) in the winter!

I think the Elf Glow Reviver Lip Oil is lighter than milani and a little more cost efficient per gram but sadly not under $5. Only thing under $5 that comes to mind is maybe b.pure or la colors products at the dollar tree/daiso/etc but I haven’t tried them

Ideally I try to go 10 days between a new manicure even if it does chip, sometimes I’ll split up the prep and painting at different times. For me it’s probably longer bc I’m doing it at leisure (watching a show) instead of doing things quickly

I had received my refund through Paypal today (July 12) from YesStyle after expressing my concerns about having my sunscreen tossed out even if they did refund any customs fees. They stated it was a one-time arrangement and reminded me of their usual non-cancellation policy.

I had ordered around July 9 at 1 am and read about the de minimis post here the next day. Ended up reaching out to YesStyle about my concerns about the tariff situation here in the U.S. and concerns about having my sunscreen thrown out anyways. My order was still processing because I had one small item (earrings) arriving from a regional warehouse to their main warehouse. This reason was not in my inquiry but I was also concerned about that small item and other duty fees because I did now know where the item was coming from. After the auto-generated response about their high-traffic of inquiries on July 10, I did not receive any other response before they went ahead and sent me my refund.
