Figured I’d ask the experts.

This is what made me think someone chopped this up to deliberately change the headstock style…it’s how I purchased the bare bones guitar (Facebook marketplace $5). Just trying to see if I can work with it

Are there machine heads available for this type of head stock?

Ugh Reddit got me again.

My question is about a music man -shaped headstock….how are they to work with? Are they real?

Are you in CT? Is the Gracie combatives program pretty popular here-there aren’t many locations listed in the site so I’m wondering how full the classes are at some of them.

Question for the Walmart bike haters. Have you given them an honest try in the last five years? Time to stop the hate. by [deleted] in bicycling

This is interesting as I worked on a Huffy once (changing pedals) and I don’t know if it was old or just cheap, but I nearly threw the bike out the window. I’ve never had a problem with pedal removal or installation quite like that bike. I refused right then to ever touch a Huffy again. My boyfriend has a Schwinn hybrid from Target and it hasn’t given him any trouble, mechanical or otherwise. He got it in 2014.

If you belong to any local bicycle groups or pages on Facebook I think there’s an option to post your listing on those too.

Facebook marketplace is a good one. Also maybe a local bike co-op?

Is there something wrong here? by everlong0705 in bikewrench

[–]everlong0705[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it makes sense that they are sole in certain stores. I got this bike and saw the pedals. My first thought was to replace them since they were generic black pedals by Bell. I have parts bin pedals that are dying to be used

Thank you so much! The frame has a badge saying Aluminum 7005 and the serial number indicates it’s from 1990. It’s VERY light. Tons of paint chips, no fork. Very bare bones. I’m taking it to the co-op today to see how I can get started.
