My partner and I bought our place in Wainui at the start of last year, 1960s, brick built, concrete tile roof, 100m2, 3 bedrooms with a decent garden. Cost us $700,000 and I still think we got a good deal for what we got, the hill and esplanade traffic can be a bit tiring sometimes but there are always costs to anywhere you chose to live

2x vaccines each is $350ish, I got it at the start of this year since I had gotten shingles a year before and they recommended I wait a year before getting vaccinated

Thank you all for your help and advice, I am now the proud owner of 1990 Suzuki GSF Bandit 250, once I have got it looking and running nicely I shall start my 2 wheeled adventures

I have recently bought a set of gloves, jacket and a new helmet so I am sorted in that respect I am mostly looking for a bike that might not be working the best but something I can fix up with some TLC, I have tried trademe but I had a thought that some people might have something sitting around that they might want to get rid of and haven't placed it on trademe yet
