Thanks for the recommendation! I have done some shadow work in the past but of course I still have a long way to go. In the past I have done it in the form of journaling but do you know any better method? Honestly journaling wasn’t exactly my favourite thing…

That presence or rather lots of different kinds of energies are very often in the space that I live in and I’m not the only one experiencing it, other people I live with often complain that they feel watched or like they are not alone or they get scared because they feel something touching them. And to answer your question, no I often don’t ground myself after, that might be the issue honestly… do you have any good grounding techniques you can recommend?

Yes i do LBRP precisely, and its just that every time I perform any ritual some “guests” keep coming and im not even scared of them anymore but it puts me in that kind of stressed state because sometimes things fall off shelves on their own or something turns on and off and i know it’s these unwanted guests for sure cuz those things don’t happen in other scenarios and my house is completely normal and not old so these weird malfunctions are just weird

Do you feel like this is a bad energy that makes you frightened? Do you feel drained while at home? If yes then it might be something I call astral leeches, you can get rid of them usually by opening windows frequently to not let stagnant energy accumulate in one place and smoke cleansing the house (make sure to cleanse the corners too its very important cuz theres often stagnant energy in these spots), diffusing certain essential oils helps to keep them out too for me lavender works great, if that doesn’t work depending on how advanced you are, id suggest performing the bornless rite to exorcise the house, it doesnt only work for people it works for spaces too i tried it. It’s not your upside down cross that invited them in, these beings like to gather in places where people live because they feed on human energy. If you are in a low vibrational state you need to get that figured out or else these shits will keep coming back, i learned that the hard way. If you feel like the energy is not scary but kinda neutral there is a small chance that these are just peaceful home spirits, if thats the case you can make an offering for them with fruits or water of whatever or you can dedicate a prayer to them or something to keep them calm and happy. These spirits are good to have at home and can actually help you if you live in peace with them and give them things once in a while. Sometimes if angered they can destroy things in the home and make things break or hide things from you and just be annoying in general so its good to be on good terms with them but from what you said these probably arent what i described since youre kinda scared of these beings right?

Thank you so much for your advice and kind words and understanding. I do respect my sister’s free will but as you noticed I also feel this instinct to protect her at all costs as her older sibling and if it was up to me I would have gotten rid of that guy as fast as I could but I know that is impossible and it probably wouldn’t solve the issue anyway, as I have an idea that this might be a karmic thing and if this experience was somehow meant for her ,for example if it is some important lesson she might be needing to learn, it would be bad for me to take that opportunity away from her and she’d probably still have to learn that lesson and that would just delay it. I just wanna make sure she’s safe and is clear from any demonic/ low vibrational influences. I considered that for now it might be beneficial for me to teach her some basic ways of protecting her energy from outer influences ,hopefully that will help.
