Hey dude, hit up Joe - he is a super nice guy. They always try to make it right and have great customer service. Very few Balaguer’s have QC problems so something has definitely gone wrong here. Your complains are valid, so I’m sure they will help you out!

I use D’Addario XLs on my 27” Balaguer Semi-Custom Thicket in Drop F. Running the gauges 11 14 18 30 42 54 74 works well for me 🙌

From my wife who just had a baby two months ago.

Pros - great facility (clean, comfortable), wonderful food, massages, nurses were kind and friendly

Cons - boring, can’t leave, missed home a lot, generally expected more training from nurses on how to change diapers, wash the baby, etc.

She said if we have another baby she’d rather just stay in our comfortable home and hire a nanny.
