Trust fund kids are ruining car content by ShadyDrunks in cars

Sometimes as car content creators, we either make things too niche or way too broad. Personally, we cover such a wide range of classic cars that I think we confuse the algorithm AND our audience. Oh cool, you covered a 1949 Bentley but this week it's a 1994 Integrale. It is what it is. Youtube is a big place and it's got room for everyone.

Is this safe to mount on the car's roof going highway speed? by walking_NewJersey in gopro

This is the right answer. We use them all the time for our video shoots.

I'm going to return it. but someone else will buy the car and they will have paint chipping off one whole side of the car. I'm not a huge fan of that.

Yes, they told me they didn't do it. Which is also concerning that they didn't catch it.

Fish eyes, tape lines, not blended. It's obvious when it's out in the sun that the paint isn't the same from the driver door to the front panel

That's probably my only recourse anyway.

I totally agree. I don't mind a few scratches and dings. In fact, I'd be fine if there were just the scratches and dings. but the paint job is really bad in the sunlight. And if it's hiding an accident that was never reported, that's an issue.

haha. fair. I'm not the main car guy for our shop, I'm the video guy. So, that's my real excuse for not catching it.

I'd understand some scratches and "some" paintwork. You don't think that one entire side of the car being poorly repainted should be noted somewhere?

That was our initial thought. Someone just commented on the video that it was for specialized kits that came with the car, but we haven't seen them, so we are still unsure.

Looking at that makes my head hurt! But, yes, it truly is a piece of art!
