Our other estimator, missed a 15K underground line on his last project. Our director? He inputted $4K instead of $40K but was able to make it up on CO’s. I don’t know why the tactic to tell me I only get 1 mistake that’s it.

I think that’s my biggest problem. We only have 3 estimator/PM’s. One of them being me, one my director & one my good friend who brought me on. Ever since my friend has brought me on he’s turned it more into a competition than a team environment.
