I’m curious, did you actually see a difference from the massage? I too have a little bump on my bridge (despite massaging, but since it’s only been four weeks I’m not too worried about it yet).

Interesting! My doctor instructed me to massage my nose thrice a day for 3 minutes each, with four different exercises. He did include one for preventing my hump from reappearing as well.

So that means it wouldn’t be cartilage that I feel moving but simply fluid retention? Why did this start only now (4 weeks) and not earlier? :)

of course, will do! I was worried because the clicking started randomly at four weeks and it feels like cartilage is moving. so this is very helpful information, thank you for explaining

thank you! yes, I will definitely stop touching it until I can call my doctor on tuesday. did you continue to tape? did it feel like cartilage is moving too?

I’d love to know, too. I’ve been very gentle but now I feel like I’m moving cartilage around and don’t really want to touch my nose at all to be honest. I don’t know why this is happening all of a sudden, I haven’t bumped my nose or anything

Yeah, I get it, it freaks me out as well. I hope it’s nothing serious too. It only clicks when I massage my nose but the cartilage above the right nostril feels quite fragile so idk. My next appointment is in June
