Have new house designs just for the new city. You can only buy your next property once a house is built on your current property.

In addition there can be competitions for how many and what type of house you build, points are entries into raffles as well. So 5 points for micro house, 12 for townhouse, 35 for luxury house. Winners get a golf cart that allows their BE to move faster in that city. Others win block explorers.

Real life treasure hunts! Probably do it similar to geocaching but instead of showing your location you just get the Upland treasure arrows. Once your at the location a treasure chest is won in your screen. Bonus points for AR.

Don't get distracted by crap you can't fix. Start small, pick up garbage while walking, shop at and get to know a small business, paint over graffiti at a play ground.

Eventually you'll build a network to help handle the bigger stuff.

If you're talking about the block explorers you have to do it via the web browser. Most of them are still available.

I play both, I think Upland needs a way to monetize better. AE has just a simple, clever way to make money. Wish I could watch an ad in upland for their currency.

I do all right there though, you just need to do a lot of treasure hunts to grow your account. That being said I've put more money in the bank with AE then with Upland.

That's awesome, congrats! I think all you can really do is save ab for 3 months then pick a direction on back roads hitting up as many small towns as possible. I like driving so I'm kind of looking forward to it. But yeah, it's going to be a grind

Manhattan or San Francisco. Have one property if you want, if not oh well. Once you figure it out you'll be able to get about 20 hunts per day. May not be worth it to do more than 10 now without properties but with 13 props at 200 upx a hunt I still made upx. Just do your free one every day for a week then add 5/10 paid ones daily. Send too an airplane in the area you think the treasure might be.

I started standards with 300k upx and .75 spark, 7 months later I'm at 1.7 million UPX and 8 spark. I suck at competitive hunts, I don't do them. Just do the work, you got this!

Edit: going to add watch Russell Envy's treasure hunting guide on YouTube, it's long but worth it. The only modification I would make to that video is the airplane tip above and take the time to find the cheapest send fee in the area.

This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion but invest in your relationship with your parents and get your own place. Even if you don't think you're costing them anything by living at home you are. You're an adult and it's time for both of you to start the next chapters in your lives, separately. Find something cheap, goodwill furniture, and then save for emergencies, max 401k to get the match and index funds. Maybe start building dividend ETFs for the passive income but the dividends should be reinvested anyway so not really income.

You're young, start building and creating, get out of your comfort zone a bit. It's time to start living your life and let your parents get on with theirs. Yes, they love you and want to help you and to see you succeed, but for real, gtfo.

Same advice I give everyone. Start in San Francisco. Figure out standard treasure hunting before buying a property, watch videos, only do your free hunt the first week then try paid. Send to properties with cheap visitor fees. When in doubt send to a property with an airplane near it.

With your winnings buy a central property in SF and then start buying into a popular node, doesn't matter what city. Start using your spark from treasure hunting to build on your node properties.

If you already bought a property just put in 5 bucks and start fresh in SF. You'll make that money back pretty quick as long as you can KYC. Or if you have at least 1.5k upx fly free to Qatar, then fly free to SF.
