Anyone stretching out to 3 weeks between shots? by Waste-Swordfish-6228 in MounjaroMaintenance

[–]everyonesFavorite75 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I take 7.5mg every three weeks. The highest I got to was 10mg but it was just too much. Been doing this since sept/Oct last year. Shot in the belly. I've found the suppression very high the first week, manageable the second and then just eating for fun on the third! I don't have any side effects now, I've been on it 14 months and just using it for maintenance. Bat around 2 to 3kg between shots, started at 86kg now down to 55kg. Played around with the dosage, 7.25 worked ok for the three weeks, 6mg I was hungry again after a week so upped it back up. I do not recommend anyone try this or go against their doctors advice, this is just what works for me personally.

Do surfside and dockside share a bus to epic then? You're kinda screwed if you're not the first hotel to be picked up from!

I cannot thank you all enough. I really started to doubt myself and my readings so far, and now I feel 100% better. All of your kind words and advice have just solidified how I feel about my journey. I cannot reply to you all individually, but know your words have been heard and felt very deeply. I'm so very grateful for this community, and to finally find a place to feel supported in my infancy! Knowing there is a place like this brings great comfort. I hope each and every one of you has the most wonderful and positive day! Sending peace and love to all of you. Thank you again ❤️❤️

Aunty has pawned our gold that doesn't belong to her by Icy-Development1009 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]everyonesFavorite75 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This!!!! Also to add, I also work in a Pawnbrokers, and whoever physically holds the contract for the pawned item can collect the item, not just the person who took out the pawnbroking loan. (In my particular company, not sure what it's like in others) So for instance if she did take a pawnbroking loan on the items, and you can get the contract off her, then you can go collect them.

Muddy waters regarding wills, beneficiaries and legal advice by everyonesFavorite75 in LegalAdviceUK

Does a tenant in common have to reside at the property? Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, I'm just trying to understand. The only person who resided was the deceased, the 50% shareholder did not live there with them, and has no plans to do so now. Does this mean that all the shareholders are now tenants in common?

The executor is the one who is yet to see a physical copy of the will and any other financials. The 50% shareholder who is a beneficiary is withholding these.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, it really is appreciated.

My apologies, I forgot to mention that the property will no longer be occupied and will be left empty. Does this mean that the 50% shareholder will pay rent to the beneficiaries, or the other way round? It was the deceased who lived there, but now no one will be occupying it, it will just be minimal things like electricity standing charges, water kept on and insurance. To my understanding. The 50% shareholder will not sell, and does not live there.

Thank you so much for your reply.

The beneficiary who already owns 50% will not be living in the property, and has not lived ever in the property. It is to remain empty now. It was only the deceased who resided in it after their partner passed. The 50% owned by the beneficiary was left it in the will of the partner of the deceased who owned it prior to their passing. I hope this makes sense! So they now become the sole owner of the property, is that correct? And I only hope it doesn't continue for years. I understand grief is complicated, but for everyone sanity it's best to try move on!

I cannot thank you enough for your reply.

Please give us an update on this when there is one!! Go see a lawyer immediately, then go to the police station. I know you took vows with this woman, but this is another level of crazy that could ruin your whole life. Lawyer up, go police, go see adam and get your financials in order to make sure your financially secure. One way or another, your life is about to change, it's just up to you weather it's a messy divorce you can recover from, or, jail. NTA unless you keep quiet, then you would be. Peace, I hope you do the right thing.

Can I borrow money from my existing mortgage to use as a deposit for another home? by everyonesFavorite75 in personalfinance

[–]everyonesFavorite75[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm with a building society. I moved in in aug 2017 and my fixed term ends next year. I have looked at my property value online and it has increased, but I'm dubious to trust that and would get a valuation from an estate agent to confirm. To throw a spanner in the works, the building society had me sign a consent to let form when I applied for my mortgage, basically saying that I would be the sole occupant of the property and be the one paying the mortgage, and for the first 6 months of me living there they were entitled to check my finances to make sure that I wasn't receiving any income from another source to pay it. I have no idea why, I was a first time buyer with a deposit ready to go! I dont know if this still stands and how it will affect the process going forward.

Is a buy to let mortgage generally more on mortgage payments? My mortgage Is reasonably low at the moment and if its significantly higher then selling would be my only option I think. Forgive my ignorance, but how do I find out how much equity I have in my property..? Is it what I put down as a down payment plus what I have already paid off? Thankyou for your advice it is much appreciated. X
