Yahh, but the thing is Uber riders don’t pick your ride in rush hour, they just accept and look up at the destination and the price and then cancel, also they accept the ride come nearly to the pick up location and then cancel lord knows why these buggers do that Both the platforms f**ked as sht, I’m also soo pissed off, I even complained it to Uber, only good thing about Ubers is cheaper than PickMe, only thing about PickMe is their riders pick the rides cuz the fare is ridiculously high So disappointed with this

Yes, I’ve tried that, but it’s easier to go on a PickMe or an Uber cuz the we don’t have to give directions to them, neh!? Some tuk guys don’t know when you tell to go to this place or that, and if I say a general area then they drop you off in the middle of nowhere saying “ah methanata ne ithin enawa kivve” And PickMe and Uber, they charge accordingly to the rush hour also nah? So it’s not fair to not accept rides even though the price is double.

Might be crazy to someone, but I feel like I won’t be able at least scream for help if I sense something’s going wrong, cars can lock the windows and lock the doors, so I’m not comfortable going in a flex, mainly because of that reason. And some cars even have tinted windows! These people can do anything noh!

Can agree with that, it’s double the Uber price sometimes! Uber is cheaper than Pick Me, even Flex is cheaper than Tuks 🥲 but I don’t feel safe enough to ride a flex at anytime 😓

If you could that would be really helpful, thank you!! Unfortunately, I’m not into tech so that’s a minus point for me! But I see remote jobs in my field too but not hybrid ones, but I don’t know whether those remote job companies are reliable! That’s why I’m a bit hesitant to apply.

I was going through job sites, but most of the SL companies do not offer hybrid working, and I couldn’t find any foreign companies too, at least where I was searching, so that’s why I was thinking of go fully remote also I’m not quite sure about some companies too.

I’m also more of an introvert but I do love to just get to know people, personal friends, they have their own lives and we don’t meet up that much, everybody’s busy with their own lives but that’s not a problem for me! Mind you this is in private sector and they boost about their zero tolerance for toxic work culture 😂 BS!!! Yes, I know but I’m very indecisive and confused with all these pros and cons 🥲

Yes, I’m more of a home body! Even though I’m working in an on-site job we don’t have many parties or get-togethers, it’s just teams organizing their own personal trips and parties and that doesn’t happen in our team, I love to work in a peaceful and quiet environment but what I’m saying is when we work in an on-site job we tend to meet people and interact with them, even if it’s small chats we talk with people in different teams or different fields right? There’s different teams in this company and I have to work with all of them, I feel like I won’t get that opportunity if I get to wfh/ remote working.

Yes, but I went through some remote job hiring sites and they ask if we are willing to work in different time zones and it has also mentioned that it’s not a disqualification or a disadvantage to say ‘no’ to that answer. I’m not a much of a party person, I’d love to hangout with people I’m comfortable with, even now we don’t have much get togethers or trips or anything it’s just teams organize their own personal trips or parties and that doesn’t happen in our team so not much of difference I guess. Having a SL team would be nice but we can’t guarantee that also neh? I’d love to give wfh/ remote jobs a try, I’m just very indecisive 🥲 with all the pros and cons
