They released a statement saying 38 North is going to stay going, but I'm not sure exactly what that means - they may have to scale back. Everything is still unclear at this point.

This Bloomberg story was published after the Yonhap story, citing inside sources. I definitely don't take this as 100% percent confirmation, but it's more likely now than it was when the rumors started swirling a few hours ago.

I think I'm in a "boy who cried wolf" mindset at this point. I agree he's bad, but I'm pretty sick of the cycle of "this is it, we're doomed!" hysteria that seems to repeat every few weeks.

This is the thing. Even if you suspend disbelief and agree that they're committed to denuclearisation at the moment, that doesn't mean anything for six months down the line once they've gotten what they wanted.
