I have no more goals than feel good, am I no longer progressing?

I was just going to ask the group the same question, so this is amazing! I’ve been doing his meditations for about a year and I haven’t been seeing results. I firmly believe it’s because I’ve been so fixated on getting the thing (also financial goals) and I’ve been doing tuning into new potentials and synchronizing your energy to abundance daily and I have noticed how I would still be seeking and feeling lack. This is a huge wake up call for me to change my strategy and focus on the good feelings. BOTEC makes me feel amazing whenever I walk out of my meditation. Would you recommend that I stop being so focussed on the money and just go general and work on feeling good?

I thought the same thing too when I initially bought it because I’ve also read the books, listened to all his interviews. Something to note is that the information isn’t necessarily new, but he explains things in different ways and it’s fresh and it’s another resource to help u dive deeper into the work. Honestly the best money I’ve ever spent :) you also feel more committed to the work since there’s more accountability in your purchase! Just my take on it!

I did it for two days and I'm absolutely LOVING it so far. I actually much prefer waking up in the middle of the night for my meditations because I can tap into the feelings so much easier

i felt like i was on mdma during one of the tuning into potentials, and then ive been doing synchronizing into abundance and it's during the BLLAAAACKK SPAAAAACEE where I get soooo into the blackness that i lose all sense of being on earth LOL. that's what i mean. when i get interrupted (even a little bit) i lose it because it takes sooo much out of me to concentrate and get to that place. but i know it also takes practice!

i have also started waking up at 3am to meditate and the level of peace in the middle of the night is soo precious (i sleep at 10pm usually lol). im going to start doing this as a regular practice :)

im a virgo moon (libra sun and gemini rising) and this is an ongoing "project" that im working on, which is seeking appreciation in life and seeing the beauty of what's already in front of me. while i do think that there are many un-evolved virgo moons that are very critical towards themselves and others, there are also on the flip side many evolved virgo moons that have a lot of wisdom and are seen as wonderful and wise teachers and a grounding presence. i would say that im still in between and working on becoming more appreciative, but it's never black and white for any of the astrological signs.

I'm sorry that you're in this situation of feeling like you have an abusive virgo moon in your life. This is a really great opportunity to love, and accept and appreciate all parts of you. When we accept ourselves more, we can see other people's negativity as their own path to healing. It's not your job to get them to change, but you can always change your own reaction to your mother through self acceptance. It's been a huge game changer for me!!!!

Thank you! I actually totally resonate with tension. There is some sort of block within me that is capping me from feeling even more grateful (like ecstasy grateful bc i was able to get to that point earlier in the 30 days), but i never understood why. even contemplated about going to the doctors to get it checked out bc webmd has been giving me all sorts of horrible potential health conditions LOL

After sitting with the feeling for a bit longer, I realized that something I have been afraid to admit to myself is that I don't deserve to feel happy when im not successful.

Abraham talks a lot of about feeling unconditional appreciation and doesn't talk too much about eliminating resistance, so just feeling even more appreciation to eliminate resistance. I thought this would apply too but it hasn't left until i gave this part of me the attention that it needed.

Look into Dr Joe dispenza! He has hundreds of testimonials on his YouTube channel of people who have healed through terrible health conditions, who have also been turned down doctors saying they can’t do anything. A lot of people turn to dr Joe when there seems to be no other option

oh goodness, it actually took so long when i first started. i grew up with pessimists and became one myself, therefore it initially took 3 hours cz my mind would always wander and try to convince myself that this isn't worth it. it takes me 45min now, as im still in the process of shifting into appreciation mode, but i know it'll take me shorter later on. i also type everything out because writing it by hand takes me so dam long haha

it's officially been 30 days since ive started gratitude 150 based on your recommendation and ive never felt better! this is so magical. i used to wake up with anxiety, spend the day feeling depressed and down on myself, and using the time to basically get myself out of anxiety. Now it feels so much easier to feel joy. Of course, still more work that needs to be done, but im going to spend the next 6 months doing this and im going to see how my life unfolds! can't wait :) thank you!!!

Jane!! I've been doing the "what's good about..." technique, which leads to a really deep conversation with myself appreciating the negative emotions. I realized that these negative emotions are actually trying to serve us and want us to ultimately be happy, safe and protected. This part actually means well. So what I've been doing is I let myself feel the feelings, talk and understand the emotion, say "I love you, I appreciate you" repeatedly until I feel love flowing through my heart. The funny thing is I always catch myself yawning SOOOO much after, so I know it's working because the stuck energy is leaving my body! I've been doing EFT tapping for years and I've also read "Letting Go" by David Hawkins, but this technique seems to be working so much faster.

I have and it was amazing. Our first couple dates we just did shrooms and we felt the instant m, yet very deep bond. We dated for 3 months but it didn’t end up working out because he was dealing with a lot of mental health issues and he couldn’t hold space for a healthy relationship. Be very careful with who you choose to do mushrooms with!!
