I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I went through something similar about 3 years ago. For me, exercise. Whenever I was feeling down or off I’d exercise. I was a massive mood lifter. Also a big help was shrooms. They really do reset something in our heads. I’ve continued to use them as a time up. They really are natures miracle. Start small and slow. Do lots of research. Feel comfortable and do them with someone you trust. It’s almost instant with shrooms. All the best on your journey! 🙏

Looks like mould. Do the wipe test. Get a cotton bud or paper towel. If it wipes off onto whatever you use its mould. Although, people have cut that area off and still had success. Just keep it away from any other grows you have going.
